As a 13-year-old warrior, Manny endured seizures, cancer, and aging with relentless loyalty and strength.

I built Manny’s GritGear after surviving things I never thought I would—depression, anxiety, a car accident, spinal fusion, shoulder reconstruction… and the crushing weight of nearly giving up.
Through it all, I had one constant: Manny—my 13-year-old French Bulldog.
He fought through seizures. He fought through cancer. He fought for almost a year after they told me he wouldn’t.
He never left my side—not once.
This gear is named after him. But it’s built for all of us.
For the people who fight silent battles no one sees.
For the ones carrying grief, pain, or trauma—and still showing up.
For anyone who’s lost someone they love, but refuses to quit.
For those who’ve lived through hell and still keep their promise to keep going.
