Manny’s GritGear was born from one of the fiercest friendships ever lived between a man healing from war, pain and loss… and his little French Bulldog, Manny.

Manny wasn’t just a dog. He was a 13-year-old warrior in fur.
He fought seizures, beat cancer longer than doctors ever expected, and stood guard through every hard moment without complaint, without fear, and without ever leaving his human’s side.

His human? A 55-year-old U.S. Navy veteran who’d seen war, survived car crashes, endured spinal fusion, brain surgery, shoulder reconstruction and battled demons like depression and anxiety.
In the darkest hours, Manny didn’t flinch. He stayed. He fought.
And when his owner almost gave up Manny pulled him back.
